Careers at Unify
Helping savvy business owners turn their dreams into their legacy
If you’re hoping to work for a staunch, stuffy, big city, East Coast type of CPA firm, Unify would be all wrong for you. Seriously, does this picture look like a staunch, stuffy, big city, East Coast type of CPA firm? And if you wanted soccer trophies and a lot of hand-holding, you’d hate us.
We don’t do that.
Speaking of what we do (and don’t do) at Unify…
There’s a term you’ll hear among our team: “suck less.” That does not mean we suck less than other firms. It means we want our clients’ lives to suck less. We are atypical for a CPA firm and a payroll company. We do not do audit. While we do tax work, that is not the focus. Instead, we provide ongoing strategic business advice to our clients throughout the year on a subscription basis. We get involved in everything from tax planning to menu items.
The Unify Mission
Our mission is to help small business owners make the best decisions for their businesses and their lives.
The Unify Purpose
Underneath it all, our purpose is simple: We help savvy business owners turn their dreams into their legacy.
What it’s like to be part of the Unify Team
Because of the kind of clients we serve, because of the growth we’re experiencing, because of the kind of team we are, we can be pretty focused. That can mean that we sometimes forget to slow down to think about exchanging pleasantries. We’re not mean, but we aren’t really soft either. We enjoy working together, we get a lot done, we fix problems, and we move on. You could say our team is more focused on winning than accolades, and more focused on outcomes than cadence.
If this sounds ideal to you, we’d love to hear from you.
